Paving the way for
Atrocities unknown
to the uncivilized
Mockery being made
of the deities
Mindless to the
idea of theology
Faith or ideology
Instead relying on
psychology
Enjoyment of freedom
unheard in other lands
Disillusionment of
imprisonment
By unseen bands
Cage and trapped
Unconscious of facts
Pressured and
misshapen out of form
Defying human
customs and norms
Oh blissful
ignorance that
Beautifies personal
intolerance
Atrocities committed
in the name
Of personal
preservation
No way have we done
anything wrong
We have cleansed and
washed our hands
From taking
preventative actions
Maybe it’s time to
dance
In our favor tilt
the balance
Doing something
crazy
Risk taking the
chance
Fear and stress is
our lot in life
No guarantee of life
but the certainty
That sooner or later
we shall die
